AGREEMENT
This is an agreement between Daily-Update Pty Ltd (hereafter “Daily-Update”) and the author (hereafter referred to as “I”) named above, regarding the work described above.
I agree that:
1. I am the sole author of the work described above. Nobody helped me write or proof-read this work.
2. This work is entirely original and has not been previously published. I own all legal rights in the work.
3. If this work is awarded first, second or third prize, or is awarded an honourable mention, Daily-Update has the right to publish the work as part of an anthology (whether a junior anthology or combined junior and senior anthology). The award (together with the cash prize) is then the entire consideration for such right.
4. I agree (or if I am under 18, my parent or guardian agrees) to indemnify Daily-Update for any loss or expense arising from inaccuracies in information provided for this Agreement or from breach of the Agreement.
