AGREEMENT
This is an agreement between Daily-Update Pty Ltd (hereafter “Daily-Update”) and the school (hereafter referred to as “we”) named above, regarding the work described above.
We agree that:
1. The students and teachers of our school are the only creators of the work described above.
2. This work is entirely original and has not been previously published. We own all legal rights in the work.
3. If this work is awarded first, second or third prize, or is awarded an honourable mention, Daily-Update has the right to publish the work as part of an anthology (whether a primary school anthology or combined primary and secondary anthology). The award (together with the prize) is then the entire consideration for such right.
4. Daily-Update has the right to edit any of the winning entries in any way thought necessary prior to publication.
